The Natural Products Association (NPA) is excited to announce its annual federal government advocacy Fly-In on Capitol Hill, which is scheduled for Wednesday, May 22.
Despite intense lobbying efforts by NPA in 2022 to secure a veto by Governor Gavin Newsom, the California State Assembly Health Committee advanced AB 82, which would restrict and prohibit access to dietary supplements.
NPA filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York asserting the recently enacted New York law prohibiting and restricting dietary supplements is unconstitutional.
